Can be used to decode the track but can't be used by eac3to until madshi can parse the track and add new libav dll's.

By the moment you can do, for instance:

ffmpeg -i 000000.m2ts -map 0:1 recoded.flac

What would be the ffmpeg command line to convert to a 24bit, 48kHz .w64 file?

Precedent post moved from eac3to thread to avoid Off Topic in that thread.

Please read the ffmpeg doc's here (https://www.ffmpeg.org/documentation.html)

Or the ffmpeg help with:

ffmpeg -h

something like this?

@ffmpeg -i %1 -map 0:a:0 -c:a pcm_s24le -af aresample=resampler=soxr:osr=48000:cutoff=0.99:dither_method=0 %1.w64

We are speaking about decode/recode the TrueHD Atmos 7.1 24 bits 48 KHz from last Tranformers movie.

Wow, impressive, which model of crystal ball you currently use? :cool:

Read my second post and the eac3to thread.

This is much simpler. Extract the TrueHD Atmos stream to a multi-channel wav via ffmpeg, and then run that wav through eac3to to dts or whatever.
ffmpeg -i 00000.m2ts -map 0:1 extract.wav
eac3to extract.wav extract.dts

I have tried this method but something is not working well, i get errors :

Also, is there any way to create truehd track back ? something like dts master audio suite ...

I have noticed these "errors" as well when using ffmpeg decoding atmos. Are they really lossless errors or just atmos being bitchy about being decoded?
