With ASIO-Bridge Application, HI-FI CABLE's Input can be routed to ASIO Device Output, and ASIO Device Input can be routed to HIFI CABLE's Output.
I.O.W., the ASIO Bridge application can function as an "ASIO Renderer" ^_^
So far, it has worked fine with MPC-HC under X-Fi's "audio creation mode".

Thats to be expected, as the audio renderer controls the clock. If this clock is not directly tied to the hardware, but goes through three indirections, its clear that madVR will have no idea anymore whats going on with the real clock.
Unless your audio device doesn't have any other driver for audio at all (some pro audio devices don't), I wouldn't really recommend using such indirections for playback. More moving parts are generally worse.
Same reason ASIO4ALL is kinda pointless, unless your software ONLY supports ASIO output and nothing else.
