Well, it appears that this question has not been asked (or answered) so far ...
Is there any possibility to add custom subtitles or removing existing audio tracks from a 3D Bluray, while preserving its format?
All the threads and answers I've seen so far are either concerned with MKV/MP4 or with SBS and stuff.
I also remember that it took a while until this was possible on DVD (and during all this time people were concerned with burning subtitles on AVIs). I hope the BD is ripe for this surgery :)
