hello guys, i just want to know which x265 gui are you guys using for encoding video.please share links.thanks

Simple x264/x265 Launcher (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=144140) - you can start with this GUI. No audio support, though. It will give you elementary stream which you can mux using MKVToolNix (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=155732).

always getting error file is not supported or job failed even though tried different file types like mp4 mkv

Please clarify how you have created that specific input file!
