You should try the forums of the software you are trying to use with it.

AnyDVD, DVDFab, MakeMKV.
They would offer more support on whatever problems you're having.
Whether it's obfusticated playlists, new encryption algorithms, etc.

The link works for me as well.
But, it might be a country-exclusive thing now.

Since decrypting software has been under a lot of legal fire lately, some sites have changed the domains or simply added a few letters at the end.
Canadian access to something like DVDfab would add .cdn at the end, or similarly thereof.

I think it would be best just to google using your own IP address and it would appropriate a designated site for you, based on your sniffed out location.
That is, unless, of course, your country has put up an embargo on decrypting software sites. Which you would better google news of any such for yourself.

Some countries really go all out.

if you're using a proxy or VPN, then you might get access depending on the routed IP address you've been given.
Or not. The IP you've been assigned just might under same legal battles as your country's own legal battles with said decrypting sites.

Very, very, very messy work. All this legality of decrypting. Countries, states, provinces, borders on a map...

EDIT: the legal issues is not actually what I was looking for.

DVDFab was the site under attack for sales of decryption software.
Which every other decrypting software company followed suit and had their domains changed and/or blocked based on country alliance.
Fengtao software was the first slapped with the lawsuit and had to change the way they made sales.
AnyDVD and MakeMKV did the same in order to avoid the same issue (in a pre-emptive defensive measure).


tl;dr:
Your country may not want you accessing AnyDVD.
Try a proxy/vpn? with an IP from an allied country's IP to the site?

Then place a checkmark next to "Use TLS"...
