Are there any container formats which support multiple video / audio tracks?

I know that Matroska will support alternate audio, and I believe it will support multiple videos in sequence. But are there any container formats that will accept multiple video tracks (non-sequential) which also have multiple audio tracks (main, and alternate) associated with each video track?

FWIW, mp42ts can generate multiple-program TS files from MP4 sources.
