In another forum I frequently visit one guy coem up with a funny idea:
If u own a little homenetwork with more than one PC, like most people I know do and u use Gknot:
Why not let another PC do the audioencoding ?
If it would be optional is there anything that speaks against this idea, I mean:
on PC1 u got the sourcefiles and a full GKnot
on PC2 u might need a little Gknot client or something like that
so u start and do your ripping and dvd2avi stuff like normal, but insted of letting PC1 start doing the audio let PC2 do the audio via network, so PC1 could do the endcredits and the 1stPass of the 2pass encoding and after that, PC1 could check the audiofilesize on PC2 and then do the second pass, and so on,...
So what do u think did I miss something or might this be interresting,..
Is it a feature worth implementing ? (can't do it myself)

Ps.: If it's Bull$H!T just tell me why and I'm happy ;) THX for all coming replies :)
