Correct Dash livestream handling

Which splitter/filter does handle DASH online streams (with separated audio and video, such as youtube fullhd, e.g.) correctly with any duration?

3DYD Youtube Source (https://www.3dyd.com) Is a DirectShow Filter supporting several sites.
I prefer using mpv (http://mpv.io) with youtube-dl (http://rg3.github.io/youtube-dl/), FFmpeg (http://ffmpeg.org), and rtmpdump (http://rtmpdump.mplayerhq.hu/). This method supports the most sites and options.
