Looking for a simple AC3 to MP3 .

Hi all , I have hundreds of MPEG videos from a home camcorder.
All I want to do is change the audio , without muxing , and without transcoding the video, as I have so many, muxing them all would be tedious.
I´m looking for something I can just drop the videos in, set the MP3 quality/output folder / go.

I should mention , these are .MOD files with just the extension changed to MPEG with SDcopy.

You can try AviDemux (http://fixounet.free.fr/avidemux/)
Copy the video
Convert the AC3 to MP3 at your quality choice
Select a new container because MP3 is not supported in MPEG-PS, maybe MPEG-TS or MKV.

AviDemux say:
"Tasks can be automated using projects, job queue and powerful scripting capabilities."
but I can't help you about this.

This was my issue, as I tried AviDemux before posting, but it kept throwing errors, so I gave up. :o
