Which one should I choose ?

I have a situation where (Divx 4.x for 1 CD 700MB) :

Bits/(Pixel*Frame) : 0.18 (below 0.2)
Compressibility Test : 52%

Is that OK ?

or I should reduce the res. to get bigger B/(P*F) value
which also get bigger compressibility test value ?

Doom9's guides say ... use the bits/pixel*frame as an estimation prior to compressability test. After the test, ignore bits/pixel*frame.
