I'm not a professional of enconding video. I want use Nero Recode 2014 for enconding video.

I need change my pc now and I need know what is the best option for election of my new hardware.

AMD FX-8350 or Intel Core i7-3820?

Intel SSE4.2?
AMD SSE4, SSE4.1 + SSE4.2, SSE4a?
Intel Quick Sync Video?
AMD App Acceleration?
Nvidia CUDA?

- is quick sync video only for processors or is a technology of graphic cards?

- is amd app acceleration only for processors or is a technology of graphic cards?

- if I use quick sync, can I use also nVidia CUDA?
- if I use quick sync, can I use also AMD App Acceleration?

What option is more fast?
What option is give me more quality image in the encondig?
