Any Stand Alone Mpeg , Mp4,wmv Editors ?

Hy I noticed that avi is not much of a standard anymore so I was wondering if there are any free video editors for stand alone mpeg , mp4,wmv editors ? and what they are called

I want to do direct stream copy and just delete some frames

Thats strange, I had this program for quite a while ,but everytime I tried it , it would come up with errors, now its working. Would be nice if the if the creators added a help or tutorial with this !!
