Hi everyone,
A quick question please!
How are Motion Vectors embedded into the bitstream so that they can be used by the decoder for reconstruction.

Section 8.5 of the spec (http://www.itu.int/rec/T-REC-H.265-201304-I) discusses this, mostly 8.5.3 (a very long section). But the actual bytes are stored immediately before any residual of the block.
