i want to compressed my video in hi444p, everting looks excellent but when move foward the video, this stop for a seconds and play faster for a moment to sync whiht the audio, with other video without hi444p this dont happen, am doing something wrong? i am using the x264: DVXA-HD-Insane profile with constant quality in 18.0 with the preset "slower" in megui

You might just not have the power to play high444. What are you playing it back in, how do you have it set up, and what is your system information? 444 (especially 10-bit 444) requires a LOT more processing power to decode.

I can guarantee that Animé is NOT in i444, so your encoding is made wrong, the source is i420 (YV12), there isn't any Broadcast or Released video of any kind that is i444 in the media market today.
Highest is i422 (YUY2), and that is only primary for Broadcast, which i think is only in Analogue, pretty sure digitized broadcasts are i420, may be wrong there, but even there it's just upsampled in most cases i think.
So encode it in it's standard format with 10bit if you want, that way you save space and power.

Noticed that i didn't actually answer anything, thought it was about Anime, but anyway, the same goes to any kind of movie, video etc, Except, if the video was actually made for it, and the only cases this will happen is home made movies and stuff like that, not any Cinematic or Broadcasted movie.

Video games are a quite common source for 4:4:4 material and some people convert 1080p 4:2:0 to 720p 4:4:4 by resizing the chroma up and the luma down (usually Anime for whatever reason).
We would need a sample of the 4:4:4 material that works as well as the material that doesn't to be able to speculate on why one works and the other doesn't. Also the other question foxyshadis asked; "What are you playing it back in?"

Video games is understandable, as the source is RGB. Not sure what the gain would be by resizing the chrome up and luma down, it sounds like it will end up looking either the same as normal resizing, or worse.
I would also say that Animé, in many cases are very simple, many still images, low bitrate needed compared to a live-action movie, this can make a huge difference in performance.

so you recommends leave the hi444p and compress my videos on Hi10 or 8-bit?, and the hi444p anime are some proyects of remasterig in 1080p...

Any upsampling in Chroma (i420 -> i444) makes no sense when compressing something, the only time you ever want to do this is when you are editing it, and you need that extra chroma resolution for something.
The only normal cases with that is if you are adding effects and stuff like that, which would in turn upsample the video to RGB. And then i444 would have some meaning.
But even then, it should be used with care, don't know what kind of Remastering you are talking about, but if they know what they are doing then it's fine, but if they use i444 cause it's "new" then it's probably just overkill.
Never the less, to the topic, Yes Hi10, or 10-bit is indeed recommended by me, and probably all others, for compression efficiency.
8-bit is only to be used If, 1: you can't decode it fast enough, 2: compatibility reasons. Other than that, 10-bit is a clear winner.
Except for extremely rare cases, one of them being Lossless.

Alas, for general content for a general audience on general devices, #2 is a blocker. I'm hoping that HEVC will make 10-bit decode a lot more commonplace.

Truly, but x264 brought it on so far into the codecs developtment that it was no way it would be used in the common sense. Hopefully however, this was a pillarstone for HEVC, 10-bit could really see some light in pretty much all scenarios thanks to it's splendid capabilities.
Personally i would like to see YV16 instead of YV12, that will probably never happen though.
