Adjust the AR flags within the BDMV structure...

I don't know if this is advanced enough to put here (it feels advanced to me :) ) Anyway, I notice that some Blu-ray folders that I burn to disc (most) allow me to adjust the AR somewhat using my television (changing it to 4x3, 16x9, etc.) However, sometimes I notice (for example after authoring Blu-ray through BDRB where I have imported a few Blu-rays) where no matter WHAT I change on my television, the AR is basically 'Locked' in 16x9.

Is there any way to go into the BDMV folder and change that?
