Cannot remux video file made with TMPGEnc

Cannot remux video file made with TMPGEnc,
just a trailler and I'm getting this error
"Error, could not realloc enough memory"
I made the same .m2v with CCE and remux worked fine
(of course the result was garbage)
what should I configure in TMPGEnc ?
or any other problem ?

This error message appears, when IfoEdit is not able to reallocate enough memory for a complete GOP-Sequence.

So it seems, Tmpg produced a m2v file with an invalid GOP structure.
There must have went something wrong. Maybe a bug in Tmpg?

well, I loaded into TMPGEnc a text file generated by ifoedit with I and P frames, should I do it with I, P and B frames, or with I frames only ? I had problems before with files that had all frame types.

PS: The .m2v file works fine in PowerDVD
