Feature suggestion for Hybrid

Hello and thanfs to anyone concerned with this excelent progaram.

I have a video capture system capturing tv segments and sports plays.this is always at 29.97 fps hear in Canada.

Hybrid does not accept these resolutions when trying to process.

Could an option be added to override this feature/condition?

b. Hybrid does not accept the resolution where?
Got a sample and a small description on how to reproduce the problem?
(The main resolution restrictions that pop into my mind are the restrictions associated with Blu-ray compatible encoding,...)
