MediaCoder video convertor support intel quick sync for hw accelerated video encoder.

I tried to use intel quick sync for encoder but return an error.

Should I have to install intel media sdk ?

Make sure you're using the latest Intel driver for your integrated GPU. I'm pretty sure all the required DLLs for encoding and decoding are bundled with the driver. If you're using the driver that came with your motherboard, it might not include the QuickSync files.

SDK (Software Development Kit) usually is intended for developers and should not be required to be installed by end-users.

Downloads intended for end-users are usually called something like "redistributable" or "runtime".
