track of audio MPEG2 into MP4 (batch mode)

Hi,

i have a 100 videos in 2 formats and 2 different languages and 100 audio files with a sound track of these videos.

100 videos:
format ts
video mpeg2 (dvd resolution)
audio mpeg2
language Catalan
subs format teletext and DVB Subtitle

100 videos:
format mp4
video AVC (blu-ray resolution)
audio AAC
language japanese
subs format ¿srt? english

100 audio files:

format mp4
audio AAC
language english

this 100 videos are the same in the 2 groups. Only change the format of the videos.

I want make this:

100 videos:
format mp4 or mkv (is not important)
video AVC (blu-ray resolution)
audio AAC
language Catalan track 1, english track 2, japanese track 3
subs format ¿srt? Catalan, english.


I want do it this *WITHOUT RE-ENCODING* and in batch mode. Is it possible?

If is not possible do it this in batch mode, how can i do it one by one?

What company is that? Why didn't you make the files the way you wanted them in the first place?

You cannot convert MPEG2 to AVC without re-encoding!
