I would like to write my own program for calculating the bitrate for svcd, where can I obtain the algorithm for that? Can someone please help me.

If im not mistaken the BR Calac. made by vcdhelp.com has the source code with it. I'd give ya the URL to d/l but im having probs connecting to there site.
