I get confused, mcompensate or mflow which is better for denoising? in mvtools2 documentation, it says mflow is good for denoising but almost all motion compensated denoise scripts use mcompensate, so I don't get it, which is better (better I mean quality wise)

Have always used MAnalyse+MDegrain combo, haven't seen a serious uptick in adding MCompensate to the mix.
