Somehow I have difficulties in processing menus with miltiAVCHD, in particular when I need to save the project to continue it another day).
Is there anything similar to create simple menus, like DVDstyler does for DVDs?

I thought EasyBD Lite (freeware) did simple menus but I've not tried it myself. I too never liked mAVCHD menus but others seem to think it's great.
When I need to make a simple menu for BD e.g. of TV shows I've recorded OTA, I used Ulead (now Corel) MovieFactory 6+, or Sony DVDA. Obviously DVDA is very expensive but MF6+ was cheap iirc though you may not be able to find it anymore.
And in both cases making menus is slightly tricky IMO in that I first make a menu referencing dummy AVs and then I plug-in afterwards the actual .m2ts files that I make by hand.
If there are any freeware BD menu-makers (authoring tools) that do this better I too would like to know about any.
