Using a Dell Venue 8 Pro with 64GB C10 SD and 300Mbit Wlan.
Tested VLC a bit but gave up trying to see any Music from my SDCard and after several crashes while playing videos from the network. Long long way to go videolan. Maybe its the leaked Update 1 i have installed, who knows but anyway VLC lacks so many basic features a media player needs. I slowly lose all hope i once had with Metro on touch screens, it seems just broken.
So far Plex, Groove Music and PressPlay are the most usable metro media apps for me.
