Purchased Rebuilder Pro program approximately 2 years ago. Am I eligible for re-installation (moved to Windows 8) and if so what is the process?

Thanks.

Install on the new machine, enter the email address you used and it will contact the activation server. If something happens, contact jdobbs through PM.

Thanks. You are eligible to install on any computer that is meant for your use for the life of the product. If you've lost the installation package and need to download it again, just send an e-mail request to dvd-rb@dvd-rb.com.

As chainring said, the e-mail address you originally used to register will still work. If you need to update to a new e-mail address, just send the old one and new one with a request to change it to the address above and it will be changed in the registration database.

Thanks. I can't find the download link. When I go to Downloads on the website it directs me to Paypal. Tried downloading the standard version but there does not seem to be a link for an upgrade.

JohnYou can download the Pro version from this link. (http://www.jdobbs.com/Pages/DVDRebuilder/DVD-RB_Pro_download.htm) Just download and run it. When it runs the first time it will ask you for your e-mail address and register automatically.

Up and running. Appreciate the very prompt and concise responses.

Answering the random questions in order to get a response posted has also started to make me more of an expert on the forum. :o
