Which down-resizer to eliminate noise

Which method to use to downsize images to eliminate noise.
Source is eg. 16MPix photo.
Resize ratio 75%, 50%, or even 25%

I like gaussresize() as you can control how much denoising you can do and if you wanna do 16bit resizing dithertools resizer has a lot of different resizing methods (kernels) that you might wanna use. To be honest it is just a matter of what you are looking for so the best way is to test out a couple and see which one you like the most.
