Encoding LPCM to AC3 failed with multi avchd

Thanks to you guys on the forum, I finally figured out how to put multiple DVDs on a blu ray without re encoding. I'm trying to put 5 concert DVDs on Blu Ray. Everything worked fine except there were two DVDs that the audio encoding failed. apparently they were LPCM and multiavchd tried to re encode them to ac3 and failed. I went into audio options and unchecked the convert lpcm to ac3 audio box, but it still tried to convert them and of course failed. i've googled and have not come up with any solutions. Any help is greatly appreciated again. Im new with a lot of this, but I do know that i dont want to keep re encoding and lose quality.
