mp4 with ffmeg and CodecId = Base Media v2

I like to remux some MKV to mp4.
For this i used the commandline of ffmpeg and so far this works fine.
The only Problem: The Generated mp4 file has Format profile Base Media and Codec ID isom. Is it possible to create Base Media / Version 2 and codec id mp42 ?

Or must i use a different tool ?

not sure how to make ffmpeg use mp42 when muxing, but ffmbc will use it by default .
