Encoding a TrueHD 7.1 MKV?

Was wondering if there is a GUI or simpler method to re-encoding a TrueHD 7.1 MKV file? I use Make MKV to rip my BluRay collection and some of my BluRay's have Dolby TrueHD 7.1. Handbrake will not "auto-passthrough" a TrueHD. So, currently I have to encode with Handbrake, use ClownBD to extract the core AC3 from the TrueHD file. Then use MKVtools to extract the TrueHD audio from the source, then put it in (mux) my encoded MKV along with the ClownBD extracted AC3 core.

BTW, why can't Handbrake passthrough a TrueHD audio, like it can a DTS-MA 7.1?

use ripbot264 and choose FLAC for the audio and you keep 7.1 otherwise you have to use Staxrip

or u can use tsMuxerGUI to extract the stream and afterwords, to add it on the encode as it is truehd

Can't do that..cause if I remember correctly there is a bug with Tsmuxer that causes audio/sync issues with some 7.1 files.

If you read my original post above..that is what I am doing. I was curious why Handbrake won't auto pass TRUEHD AND I HAVE to do this.

Secondly, was there another GUI for x264 that would pass TRUEHD ?
