I've got the K-lite mega codec installed, with MPC-HC, which plays pretty much everything I've ever thrown at it.
I realize VLC can stream to the net, but I'd rather either stream with MPC if possible, or else find a dedicated streaming program that'll be able to play what I've got. The few I've found so far for free, either don't, or want you to convert to FLV or something
I'd think just piping video data to an HTML5 page or something, wouldn't be all that hard, but apparently it can't use codecs or something so can only play a very few formats. :p
So, anyone have any ideas? Anyone know an easy and/or cheap way I could simply stream off my file server with?
