what filter should i use to remove grain

There is another similiar script called RemoveNoiseMC which can do a lot more, and also a GPU version 'RemoveDirtMC_SE'. I haven't got around to using those yet

FWIW, I like MCTD (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=139766). It's very effective, but it's quite slow.

Answering the vaguest question which indicates a lack of foreknowledge with the vaguest answer possible results in absolutely nothing except making you look like an ass, and providing some information besides confusion wouldn't be hard.

As for denoising, SMDegrain (http://doom10.org/index.php?topic=2178.0) is pretty cool.
