Hi, i have videos encoded similar to this one below.

I am trying to use something like svp or interframe or anything that would playback this video smoothly like frame interpolation, smooth motion, etc.
It's not working for this type of video though. Can somebody help me maybe find a plugin/filter or maybe avisynth script that would work on this video for smooth playback? Thanks in advance.
