Happens randomly, what could be the reason?

Here is my setup:

MPC-BE 1.3.0.3 (x86)
LAV Filters 0.59.1
madVR 0.86.11
FFDShow MPEG-4 Video Decoder 2013-12-03_clsid
ReClock 1.8.8.0

The stuttering happens randomly, like I would be watching a movie, and for a few seconds, the audio would go away then come back

System Specs:

ASUS G750JX-CV050H
CPU: i7-4700HQ @ 2.40 GHz.
Memory: 32 GB DDR3 1600 MHz. Hynix RAM
Graphics: GeForce GTX 770M 3 GB GDDR5 RAM
Storage: 256 GB LiteOn LCM-256M3S SSD + 1 TB Seagate Momentus ST1000LM024 5400 RPM HDD
Screen: 17.3" Full HD 3D Glossy Screen
OS: Windows 8.1 (x64)

Go into Nvidia control panel and set mpc-be run on GTX 770M.

my laptop doesn't have a dual Graphics chipset setup like Intel HD Graphics 3000 or so

it only has the GeForce GTX 770M and it is set on high performance.

the issue is with the audio not the video

Someone at the SVP Forums (Smooth video project) suggested me to tamper with the ReClock settings and now the stutter is gone
