Q: When will the next version be released?
A: When it's ready. The author hasn't had time to work on the application for quite a while. Remember that this application (as most others) are written in somebody's free time and that these people all have a job and want to lead a normal life.
Q: Where can I get the Fair Use source code?
A: Nowhere. If the author will abandon the project he may release the sources.
