Anybody know how to accomplish this?

I have tried it in the past and it is difficult, but not unheard of.
Do a search in the SVCD forum. I have posted there in the past and found a couple of threads regarding this. You cannot do it in DVD2SVCD. You will need to use about 4 programs to do it.
