Pixels in vob's

I am trying to rip Spawn DVD (not the animated one) and I'm getting a bunch of pixels starting on VTS_01_2.VOB. The first vob is 100% all the way through. I have tried DVD Decrypter and Smartripper. Any ideas?

No sir. And one other thing, with DVD Decrypter on default settings there were pixels on the first vob too. Setting the option of fixing mastering errors or whatever its called cleaned it up though on that vob.
