Simple Encoder with multi language needed

Hello!
I usually encode with AutoGK or [spam] and they work fine.
But there is a channel that sende good quality stuff in 2 languages and 2 subtitles, all of which I would like to encode.
Also it would be great if it could cut files.
Is there a software that can doo all this? Free or not.
If you know [spam], I am looking for something like that but with the additional functionality.

HandBrake, AFAIK, can do that (you can define multiple audio tracks but I don't know if you can encode them all). You may use one of HB GUIs around. Also title of the topic gives the impression that you want an encoder that has translations for its interface.

HB works for the 2 languages, it doesn't encode subtitles though. You can select them, but they don't make it in the file- maybe it's a problem with my input file? I am recording the German/French channel ARTE with a VU+ box, so it's a TS stream and with VLC both subs work fine.

When you say "encode subtitle", do you mean hardcoding it into video? If so, HB can hardcode ssa, dvd and bluray subtitles. Here (https://trac.handbrake.fr/wiki/Subtitles) is a link about how HB handles subtitles.

If hardcoding means that they are always displayed, then no. I want them to be selectable, as in the original file. HB gives me no subtitles whatsoever though.

Can you see these subtitles in mediainfo when you open output file? Also, what does HandBrake console output (log) say?

I have to encode it again, already deleted the previous file.
But I can't even select it, HB doesn't find any subs.

Hm, I think the main issue is the format of the subtitles. I am not aware of any freeware tools to convert & process DVB-X subtitle streams. TSMuxer is unable to extract them. At least for me with my satellite receiver.

Educated guess: you first need to convert the DVB-S streams in a more common format (e.g. Vobsub).

ProjectX is able to extract dvb subtitles just fine.
