Everything looked fine but unfortunatelly audio was shorter than the movie:

Extracted_audio_1.ac3 is -> 02:27:50 (movie length)
Encoded_audio_1.mp2 is -> 01:46:11 (:angry: )

Hi DonGreco,

seems that this DVD just proves you wrong with your prefered method ;) - sorry, no offense meant. Did you use the internal routines and did a re-rip from HD to HD? - Try it and see if it works.

Sometimes the movie length is shown wrong so try to play the *.mpv in media player and see how long the movie really is. I saw Jackie Brown and if i remember correctly it is not that long - but i don't know for sure.

Greetings,

you need to update to BeSweet v1.2b2.

You must also be using an old version of DVD2SVCD. Grab the new bundle, build 4. There are a number of bug fixes including the audio issue you are having.

ok guys we are back (not in black but in business). Upgraded (dvd2svcd106build4 BeSweet.2b1 included), used internal rip routines after SmartRipping to HD and voila everything works just fine.

Great Forum, Great Soft and a great SVCD Jackie Brown!
