Problem with Arcsoft and Eac3to/what version is working correctly from Arcsoft?

Hello i have Problems with convert .truehd or dts-hd to .ac3 with eac3to and ArcSoft DTS Decoder.

Can everyone help me and can me tell which version has what error from ArcSoft DTS Decoder and what version can i use for different formats?
(truehd to .ac3/ dtshd to .ac3 without errors from decoder)

1.1.0.1
1.1.0.0
1.1.0.7
1.1.0.8

or another version?

EDIT: TrueHD is decoded correctly by libav, so eac3to doesn't require the Arcsoft DLLs for this task.
