I'd like know how work CLPI, MPLS...

It's for my own knowledge.

There is no secret in how to obtain them.
The legal owner is Blu-ray Disc Association, which has the web site neuron2 showed you.

So find quickly 5000$ and be sure you memorised all of them within one year, or find another 5000$ green brick of dead presidents.
