How to Restore "Misfits of Science"?

I would like to recode some file, but I am not sure if I have to use Restore24 or something else.

Analysing with MeGUI is tending to Yadif.

I don't know what that means. It's field-blended from being converted from film to PAL.

In german it's calling Normwandlung. I think it's the same to field-blending.
