that is very easy.
With MeGUI select tools and open HD Stream Extract
Select Folder or file, depends witch is your source, for a Full BluRay use Folder, for a MKV file use file.
open your file and select what you want to extract.
In the Audio TrueHD 7.1 part set the extraction to Wavs.
There you go..the 8 mono WAV files are in the folder that you did chose to be extrated to.
This way it is possible to convert them to DTS HD Master with proper software.
For exemple DTS-HD Master
Doing that you reduce your final file size and you'll keep quality.

MEGUI execute the same command line with eac3to than was explained before.
