Good Cheap BD Player with these features...

I'm looking for the least expensive Blu-ray Disc player (that isn't total garbage) that can also play DivX (and XviD) and DVD. What would you buy if you insisted on these features and had a shoe-string budget?

EDIT: And outputs an actual 1080p signal. I forgot that part.
EDIT2: And has composite out for my current (SD) TV.

I bought an LG BP620 a few months ago, for 120 Euro. It offers all the features you listed. I don't know if this is cheap enough since you don't mention your limit

Are you sure it plays DivX? I'm having trouble finding it advertised with that feature. I see that it has composite output though, which is another requirement I forgot to mention. The HD output is more for future proofing, as my current TV is standard def. A user on another forum said they weren't allowed to make BD players with analog outputs anymore, but maybe this is old stock?

It plays DivX, Xvid, DivX HD (has a logo at the back), H.264, MPEG2, MPEG1, DVD, VCD, AVCHD, Blu-Ray (3D)... so far, everything I threw at it has been played with no problem. Trust me :)

It also has DLNA, which I use to stream video files from my server to it, and it displays them on my TV through HDMI

I don't think it's that old, since it offers Cinavia and Cinavia was made mandatory since a year ago or so. But it could also be that Cinavia was introduced to it via the updates I did. I'm not sure

All and I mean all BD players have all the features you want. That a particular file won't be played back is linked to a special encoding, remember that DivX was designed for PC and not all settings are accepted on standalones. Like not all x264 encodes are playable on standalone BDplayers, but only on computers.

I got a streaming device, and after seeing what it can do and how expensive blu-ray players still are for this relatively old technology, I've decided not to buy one at this time. I'll be storing my videos on my PC and using Plex to stream them to my TV.
