help ac3 to mp3 help

i have tried all the programes looked at the guids and i still dotn get it. how do i convert ac3 to mp3? i have the programes i get stuck at the last part input i know but what is out put it wants an mp3 file but what? just post what you need to put in the output box of the program.i use besweet or wahtever i just need to know what gose in output thx.:(

in output you specify the name for the file.
It can be anything, like
I_just_shoot_myself_in_my_butt.mp3 :D
