MeGui on a 64-bit machine

I've finally installed 64-bit Win7 on my machine. I was wondering what I can do to speed up my MeGui encodes. I installed Avisynth64, but I wanted to know what other 64-bit pieces I need to install to see a speed improvement. Or is that impossible at this point?
