I'm trying to use Clown-BD to convert a feature length blu-ray title to DVD (source = mpls movie only selection). It works just fine, but for some reason the output DVD size is very small (slightly over 1 gb when I choose DVD5 output & just 2.1 gb when I choose DVD9 sized output). Is there a setting somewhere that I am missing? Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Hi!
You might try using MultiAVCHD instead of Clown-BD and see if you get the same result...

Good suggestion. MultiAVCHD handles it fine - providing a properly sized DVD5 output. Of course Clown-BD handles the forced subtitles correctly, but MultiAVCHD does not (they are nowhere to be found). Next I will try running the blu-ray structure created by Clown-BD (which has the forced subtitles working correctly and separated out as a separate subtitle) thru Multi-AVCHD and see if that works. I've already tried that through BDRB, but BDRB failed in that attempt (it processed the created forced subtitle ok - but refused to process the original full english subtitle).
Update: OK, interesting - that worked. So the workaround for these forced subtitled blu-rays that BD-RB gags on in order to convert them to DVD is to process the ripped BD files with Clown-BD to movie only blu-ray (which will set up the forced subtitles to work as well as separating them out in a separate subtitle file) then use MultiAVCHD on the output of Clown-BD to convert it to DVD. Just to be safe, you can use pgcedit to insert a command in the dvd structure to set the default subtitle for the forced subtitles, if you like.
