Hi. I have a m2ts video and when I play it I can hear the audio but I just have a gray screen to look at. It has the folder system:
FOLDERS
AVCHD/BDMV/STREAM/0000.m2ts
AVCHD/BDMV/STREAM/0002.m2ts
AVCHD/BDMV/STREAM/0003.m2ts
I'm using
VLC media player 2.0.7 (just upgraded)
Media player classic (just downloaded)
K-lite codec pack (just downloaded)
Steps
I looked this issue up and have tried the following:
Media > Open Folder > Pick root folder of movie. I get the error:
No suitable decoder module:
VLC does not support the audio or video format "undf". Unfortunately there is no way for you to fix this.
undf is just undefined.
Players
So I looked up alternative ways of playing the file, media player classic just gives me the gray box. The other players suggested on the web all seem to want money. Is there an open source / free way of playing this file?
