I have a problem but I could not figure out. Avisynth 2.5.8 MT associated with the current system and the board. 4 physical 4 virtual cores a processor has a total of 8. But literally using the processor during the encode. 30 to 40 fps from 40 to 50 percent of the user profile and XviD. Used scripts "LimitedSharpenFaster" and "SeeSaw". Am meeting the same problem in both. SetMTMode (threads = 8) MeGUI particularly close. "4" is a particularly whether to encode automatically after 10 minutes with 0% 40% CPU usage falls. Emergency Waiting for your help in this regard. How did this did not remedy. Thanks in advance. :)
My System
Intel Xeon E3 1245 v2 Processor (4 cores, 8 threads)
32 GB DDR3 RAM
Microsoft Server 2012 OS

Such a problem or have not met anyone ignorant about it? :(

The simplest solution would be to either split your file in two parts and encode them simultaneously, then combine the results in muxer, or encode two different episodes in parallel.

Meant to do it as a waste of time to me, as well as not to want to interfere with yield. I solve this problem is required.

First of all, what you're trying to convey is very difficult to understand due to the very poor English. Anyway, a few pointers:
- Use a recent version (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=148782) of Avisynth (MT)
- Low CPU usage can have many reasons, it could even be the Xvid version you are using.
- Post your complete script
- If the problem is Megui, post in the appropriate forum.
