Can checkdisk corrupt or alter videos

Hi recently I scanned my harddrive full of videos with checkdisk I am unsure if I ticked the boxes to repair file system errors,bad clusters and can't remember what the report showed whether there were errors or not could the scan of changed my video quality if it deleted or edited a bit in the video would that just of made the video unreadable or would you notice minor glitches in the video.
