Does checkdisk scan effect video files quality

Hi recently I scanned my harddrive full of videos with checkdisk I am unsure if I ticked the boxes to repair file system errors,bad clusters and can't remember what the report showed whether there were errors or not could the scan of changed my video quality if it deleted or edited a bit in the video would that just of made the video unreadable or would you notice minor glitches in the video.

Checkdisk repair errors, does not introduce it.
So, it does not do any damage to files or introduce glitches. In fact, it tries to repair file system and HDD sectors and prevent glitches and unwanted changes on files.

I have had checkdisk increase the damage in previously damaged files or even delete them entirely. It will not damage files that are not already damaged but it can change small playback errors into major ones, truncate a file, or delete it entirely. It only does these things if something terrible has already happened to the file system, usually the FAT or similar structure had been damaged, but if it is important I will copy what data I can to another drive before trying to repair it for this reason. Also the attempt to repair the drive might kill it off the rest of the way.

edit: This isn't going to cause normal lower quality though, you are much more likely to get obvious macro-block errors or be unable to play the file at all after the damaged point.
