MeGui One-click encoder on Fraps

So I recorded some sample video in Fraps.

Since this is just a single short clip I just wanted to show someone and didn't need any fancy effects or high quality, I just decided to use the one-click encoder.

However, it appears to error out when attempting to encode the audio in AC-3(kind of a stupid question, this is AAC and not ATRAC right?). I tried both the ffmpeg and Aften encoders, and all four choices of decoders, all of them error out with the exact same message:

I really don't want to have to setup an avisynth script for these times I just need to do a quick encode of a small file, anyone have any idea why it keeps failing for AC-3? It seems to work if I use LAME MP3 but I would prefer to use AC-3, is it something to do with the format FRAPS uses?

It seams like audio samplerate problem. Your input file has 192kHz samplerate. Try to resample to 48kHz.
